It was in theory ideal for the meeting, great location, good facilities.
There were numerous interruptions - 8-10 times the fire alarm went off and totally disrupted the meeting - it meant we over ran significantly.

There was trouble with the main screen which took some time to fix (we had a room full of our own techy guys) who managed to resolve the issue. We had ordered tea/coffees and biscuits but only 2 packets of biscuits were left out for the team - perhaps the other meeting taking place next door had taken ours as they were served in a main common room
