I was looking for a space for a photo shoot in the general area. The price was very reasonable and had all of the things I needed. The owner was responsive and accommodating. I would definitely use it again.

The only other thing I could have wished for was access to unload at the roadside, but I found parking very close by.

Was ok for last minute request. I made it work, but room was cold and under train tracks and floors not clean. Toilets outside the studio in another building.

It served every purpose we needed for the day and I will look to use this space again.

C.A.F.E. is an imaginative and creative space. As the home of the Carnival Company Sunshine International Arts our space is unusual and welcoming. Our Studio 3 is a railway arch converted into a blank space, to be set up as required for your event.

Studio 3 provides affordable spaces for the following:
