About this space

Named after Mercy Cressingham, who owned the land from 1806 when it was primarily used for farming, this contemporary event space pays tribute to the area’s rich heritage. It also references the Cressingham Garden Estate, developed by Lambeth Council between 1967 and 1978, reflecting the site’s lasting legacy.

Equipped with a PA system and two handheld microphones, the space is ideal for presentations, ceremonies, and live events.
