About this space
Our New Bahru art studio has approximately 100 sqm, exclusive for art classes, workshops, and private events. The area is equipped with tables suitable for children and adults. Natural light is complemented by a well-lit interior, for evening events.
The studio is ideal for birthday parties, team-buildings, and workshops for up to 30 guests. Outside cake, food and decorations are allowed. There is a 10-minute setup time before events to ensure a hassle-free and pleasant experience.

Rules for Booking and Payment
- To book a party, send a message on WhatsApp with your preferred date and time.
- A 50 percent non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
- Final payments must be made at least seven days before the party.
Guest and Capacity Guidelines
- Birthday party charges apply only to participating children.
- A minimum of 10 guests is required, and the price remains the same even if fewer guests attend.
Venue and Setup Rules
- Guests may arrive 15 minutes before the party to set up. If there is an earlier party, the team may still be preparing the space.
- Additional decorations are allowed. Staff assistance is available if needed.
- Bringing your own birthday cake is permitted, and a cake stand is provided.
- The last 15 minutes of the party are designated for cake cutting. There may be a time extension for light bites.
Party Day Guidelines
- Guests must leave within 15 minutes after the party ends to allow venue turnover.
- Parents are encouraged to drop off their kids rather than stay in the activity area to avoid distractions.
- Photographers are welcome but should not interfere with activities.
Policies and Cancellations
- E-invites and e-thank you cards will be sent within a week after the 50 percent deposit is received.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations made within one month of the party date.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
