About this space

At Level 1, guests can immerse themselves in tasting Compendium Spirits’ full collection. For the curious, this is a wonderland for understanding the evolution of ingredients. A must are the Vertical Tasting Flights, such as the Rice flight, which offers a tasting of rice as a wine, as a new-make spirit, and finally as an aged whiskey in two forms. Compendium Spirits has designed a collection of cocktails inspired by classics and based on the concept of allowing the base spirit to shine.
