Amazing experience from start to finish. The team genuinely went above and beyond. We booked an hour for £50 but they kindly let us stay a bit longer at no extra cost. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to show us how to operate all the equipment, made sure we were comfortable, then left us to it so we could focus on recording. Even after the session, they were super helpful and responsive when sending over the footage. Overall, the service felt personal, professional, and welcoming. I’d 100% book again.
The only small issue was that the recorded audio quality was quite low, which came down to the setup not being configured properly on the day. That said, the team were completely open about it and happy to fix it for next time, so it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
