Situated in the basement of Shack NQ in Manchester's northern quarter.
Lost weekend is an industrial style event space which has 8 TV screens, 4 larger projector screens, sound system, stage, DJ Booths & a private bar.
The space is flexible and suitable for various types of events & parties.
We also have the option to add activities to the space for guests, such as pool, darts, ping pong & beer pong.

Our Lost Weekend space can fit up to 500 people standing and up to 200 seated. In addition to 2 private bars, av/sound system & gaming entertainment are available.

Staff were incredible, the party was amazing - all guests came to me and praised the event, from the food to the venue and the facilities. The staff were again, incredible, providing great service for me and my friends. I would definitely recommend another party and would definitely come back. The planning process was quick, easy and efficient, and pricing was fantastic. Thank you!
Alex was of great help in organising the perfect wedding after party for us. All of our guests had a great time and it was exactly like how we had planned it to be. The entire staff (especially the bar staff) during our event were extremely helpful and they assisted us with all of our requests. We’re thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and dedication portrayed by everyone involved in managing & organising our event. This is the place to be if you want to have the best time with your loved ones! The fun part is you get to have different games so it makes for a great socialising experience as well.
Viewing and booking process was really simple. Minimum spend is very reasonable. Food & drink is very reasonably priced in there.
Nobody checked the room before we arrived - they only had an AUX cable for our music and this had been cut. First hour of the party was the staff telling me it would work, despite me holding a wire which had clearly been cut in my hands - it didn’t work. We were allowed to use the Bluetooth as there was literally nobody in the bar, but the staff kept changing my music & were being funny about us putting songs on. Some of the bar staff had awful attitudes. A spirit was finished and they refused to go and get another bottle from another bar despite the place being empty. Room hadn’t been cleaned properly - strong smell of damp. Was told when booking we could choose what was on draft - tried to contact in the run up to the event, got no response and was then told I could only have what was on. Was told the room would be private - it wasn’t. Bar staff were coming in with their friends and members of the public also came in.
Alex was really helpful and a great help with the whole process. We loved the space, the games included were a real hit with all of our group.

Found on High Street, The Shack spans over two floors and three rooms.
Our Main Bar features booth seating with private television screens, showing all live sport and is also home to our popular Disco Brunch!
Head downstairs and you'll find both our Basement and Event Space, both equipped with a private bar and a fully operating AV and sound system with the added bonus of access to games including: Beer Pong, Ping Pong, Darts and Pool!
Whether it be a birthday celebration, networking event, corporate or Christmas party, our venue is the perfect spot to hold your event.
