About this space
This studio is located on the ground floor. It allows easy access for loading through the courtyard. Our kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, and a large central island. The island can be repositioned to your liking.
Host culinary workshops, brand activations, and even intimate dining events. Natural light fills the studio, which is ideal for content creation, like food photography and recipe video shoots. Please return the space in clean condition, with all furniture returned to its original position and equipment handled respectfully.
Prices
* Fully functioning kitchen studio – £2500 + VAT per day
* Extra hours (booked in advance) – £300 + VAT per hour
* Overtime (on the day) – 20% of the day rate per hour
* Weekend key-holder fee – £150 + VAT
* Three-phase power usage (per day) – £150 + VAT
* Parking permit – £25 per vehicle per day
* Recycling bin bags – £1.50 each
* General waste bin bags – £2.50 each
* Large waste items – £20 per item
* Damage deposit – £1000 (ex VAT)

Plants and Décor
* Do not water, move, or damage any plants
* Do not move artworks or decorative items without permission
Furniture, Walls, and Floors
* Lift furniture and equipment; do not drag
* No stilettos indoors
* Any floor damage will be charged
* Do not drill, nail, or tape anything to walls or wooden paneling
* No gaffer tape on any surface
* Ask before decorating
Kitchen and Surfaces
* Protect kitchen and marble surfaces from heat or heavy items
* Plant-based kitchen: bring your own food or catering
* Free tea, coffee, and oat milk provided
* Use appliances safely and clean after use
Cleaning and Waste
* Leave the space as you found it: return furniture, clean areas used, and load dishwashers
* Cleaning fees apply if left untidy
Smoking, Pets, and Neighbours
* No smoking or vaping indoors
* Smoking only with permission and away from entrances or terraces
* No BBQs without approval
* No pets without prior agreement (guide and assistance dogs welcome)
* Be respectful of neighbours when using outdoor spaces
Access, Security, and Deliveries
* Deliveries must arrive during your booking time
* Only pre-approved guests allowed inside
* Secure your own deliveries
* Building is monitored with alarms and CCTV
* Overnight equipment storage possible with consecutive bookings
Toilets and Accessibility
* Use only the toilets assigned to your group
Working Hours and Charges
* Overtime charged at 20% of the day rate per hour
* Extra charges may apply for overtime, damages, cleaning, waste, parking, or power use
Haze and Smoke Machines
* Only allowed with prior approval
* Only water-based haze is permitted
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
