This space is looked after by Woolly Mammoth London, the only company in the city that specialises in hosting professional events in one-of-a-kind private homes. We believe there's no better way to create a unique, intimate atmosphere for creative businesses and bold ideas.

But we don’t just rent out homes, we take care of the whole event. From planning and setup to food, drinks, equipment, and anything else you might need, we make sure everything runs smoothly and feels special.

Very large living / kitchen area. 2 additional bedrooms. one bathroom. One toilet & utilities and one study. This event space is the perfect location for corporate (workshop, meetings, conferences, networking, etc.) and creative events (Photoshooting, film production, etc.).

- Capacity: about 30 standing and 20 seated

- Equipment: office (screen, projector, flipchart, etc.) and event (speaker, crockery, fully equipped kitchen, etc.)

- Access: 5min walk from Langdon Park station. Access to the flat: 3rd floor without lift

- Parking: two private parking spaces in the Limehouse Cut parking lot adjacent to the property that can be made available.
