Lower Étage is a beautifully designed 1,200 sq ft open-plan studio set just beneath the main space - offering a private yet expansive setting in the heart of Shoreditch, moments from Old Street.
The studio features exposed brick walls, large industrial windows and warm wooden floors, with natural light running the full length of the space. Statement chandeliers, curated art pieces and subtle sculptural details bring a refined, elevated feel while maintaining a grounded, character-rich atmosphere.
Full-length mirrors, ballet barres and a sprung wooden floor make the studio fully functional for dance, Pilates and rehearsal-based sessions, while the layout allows for both movement and creative use without compromise.

Étage is a boutique wellness and creative studio. We ask all guests to respect the space and neighbouring offices at all times.
• No late-night parties or nightclub-style events.
• No DJs, live bands or large external speaker systems.
• Music must remain at a moderate level throughout the booking.
• Alcohol is permitted for approved private, corporate or brand events. Guests may bring their own alcohol.
• Excessive intoxication or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• All bookings must include setup and breakdown time within the agreed hire period.
• No smoking or vaping inside the premises.
• No open flames or candles without prior approval.
• Glitter, confetti, body oils or substances that may damage floors are not permitted.
• Pilates and dance equipment must be handled with care.
• The maximum capacity must not be exceeded.
• The space must be left in the condition it was found.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
