Lower Étage is an Event Space in Étage, a bright, open studio defined by an unobstructed timber floor and abundant natural light.
Design: The room presents exposed brick and pale plaster walls, high ceilings with decorative cornicing and modest chandeliers, and a long rectangular plan that emphasises clear sightlines across the floor.
Features: The space has Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. A PA system and speakers are installed, and hosts may bring their own DJ and play their own music. A clear timber dance floor occupies the main area for active use.
Ideal for: Dance and fitness groups and training cohorts looking for a bright, practical rehearsal or class space with an active, social layout.
What sets it apart: A continuous wall of full-length mirrors with ballet barres along the window side that supports mirror-led rehearsals and classes.

Étage is a boutique wellness and creative studio. We ask all guests to respect the space and neighbouring offices at all times.
• No late-night parties or nightclub-style events.
• No DJs, live bands or large external speaker systems.
• Music must remain at a moderate level throughout the booking.
• Alcohol is permitted for approved private, corporate or brand events. Guests may bring their own alcohol.
• Excessive intoxication or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• All bookings must include setup and breakdown time within the agreed hire period.
• No smoking or vaping inside the premises.
• No open flames or candles without prior approval.
• Glitter, confetti, body oils or substances that may damage floors are not permitted.
• Pilates and dance equipment must be handled with care.
• The maximum capacity must not be exceeded.
• The space must be left in the condition it was found.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
