• All bookings and event arrangements are coordinated through the space host. Any requirements relating to the venue, bar or setup should be agreed in advance as part of the booking.
• Outside alcohol is not permitted.
• Music and sound levels should be appropriate to the setting.
• Setup and pack-down time must be included within the booking period.
• The space should be left in a reasonable condition after use.
• No subletting or third-party bookings without prior agreement.
• Access is via stairs only.
• Any specific requirements (layout, equipment, timings) should be agreed in advance.
• A damage/cleaning fee may apply for bookings requiring significant reset.
