What sets it apart: Permission to supply an external DJ and play private playlists through the venue's sound setup.

• Setup and pack-down time must be included within the booking period.
• The space should be left in a reasonable condition after use.
• No subletting or third-party bookings without prior agreement.
• Access is via stairs only.
• Any specific requirements (layout, equipment, timings) should be agreed in advance.
• A damage/cleaning fee may apply for bookings requiring significant reset.
