The Loft Studio is an open-plan space on the upper floor of Paper Mill Studios. It is accessible via private stairs. With big windows and overhead skylights, the studio has original wooden floors, exposed brick, and high ceilings that create a bright and characterful setting.
This studio mixes functionality with the warmth of a home-like environment. Appliances include two tower-mounted electric ovens, a full-size gas range with an electric oven, and a large fridge-freezer.
The Loft Studio is excellent for editorial shoots, film and photography, brand activations, workshops, and small-scale private events.
Modular furniture, Wi-Fi, and access to a shared kitchen are available. Blackout options can also be provided if needed. The space offers a calm atmosphere with everything you need.

About Paper Mill Studios
Paper Mill Studios is a characterful and multipurpose venue in a restored Victorian warehouse. Located along Regent’s Canal in Angel we offer three distinct spaces. Choose from the Kitchen Studio, the Loft Studio, and the Photography Studio. From high-spec kitchen facilities to open-plan shooting areas and an equipped loft apartment, each space integrates industrial details with practical elements. We aim to make your shoots, workshops, and intimate events smooth and easy.
For filming, hosting, or producing, we have spaces that are functional and inspiring. The studio is surrounded by a creative community and close to cafés, independent shops, and key transport links. Haggerston Overground and Angel Tube are both nearby, ensuring easy access for clients and collaborators across London.
