Peckham Pod 1 is an unusual meeting space in Peckham. It has curved walls and high ceilings that make the space different and interesting. The pod offers a creative setting for workshops, talks, and business meetings. Host professional events with up to 50 guests.
The space includes a kitchen area, an accessible toilet, and an adjacent foyer ideal for breakout sessions. For welcoming everyone, this space is wheelchair accessible. We provide WiFi, tables, chairs, and a portable induction loop. It’s a flexible venue for a range of professional or community events.

General Use
- No alcohol, smoking, or external food and drink without prior agreement
- Guide and assistance dogs only; no other animals allowed
- Bookings must not promote extremism, violence, or criminality
Bookings
- First come, first served; entry only at booked time
- Bookings confirmed only after full payment and written confirmation
- Overstays are charged at double the hourly rate
- Community rate available to charities and non-profit groups (no public entry fees allowed)
Behaviour and Safety
- Excessive noise must be reduced on request or booking may be ended
- Children and vulnerable adults must be supervised at all times
- All equipment must be PAT tested and approved in advance
- Rooms must be left clean and in original condition
