- No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the venue.
- All decorations must be freestanding. Confetti, glitter, and items fixed to walls, ceilings, or fixtures are not permitted.
- Open flames and unapproved candles are not allowed.
- All external suppliers (e.g. decorators, photographers, AV teams) must be approved in advance and adhere to agreed access times.
- Music and sound levels are managed by the venue to comply with licensing requirements. DJs or external equipment must be approved in advance.
- Guests must respect the agreed booking time. Late arrival does not extend the reservation, and the space must be vacated at the agreed end time.
- Capacity limits must be strictly observed in line with safety regulations.
- Any damage to the space, terrace, or furnishings may result in additional charges.
- Food and beverages from outside are not permitted, with the exception of celebration cakes (subject to prior agreement).

The communication from start to finish was amazing. Thank you to Olga for your patience, you were brilliant. Thank you to the lovely staff from the waiters to the bar staff to the chef! The service was amazing and they were all so kind, patient and attentive. Overall the service, the venue, the drinks (I recommend the strawberry daiquiri!) and the food was 10/10! We will certainly be back.
