To secure and confirm your booking, we require valid credit card details. By providing your card information, you agree to either confirm or release your reservation no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled booking date in order to avoid cancellation charges.
Cancellation Policy
No charge will apply for cancellations received more than seven (7) days prior to the event date.
A charge of £500 will apply for cancellations received between 48 hours and seven (7) days prior to the event.
A charge of £1,000 will apply for cancellations received within 48 hours of the booking time.
In the event of a government-mandated cancellation (including, but not limited to, COVID-related restrictions), a full deposit refund will be issued at any time.
