General Rules
Studio Rules (Deposit Protection)
To receive your deposit back, the studio must be left exactly as it was found.
* All rubbish must be bagged and thrown away
* Please do a quick tidy (surfaces clear, floor neat)
Equipment Reset (Photo Required):
Before you leave, you must:
* Put all equipment back in the equipment area neatly
* Take a clear photo of the equipment area showing everything returned and send it to me
Backdrop / Seamless Paper Rules
* Shoes worn outside must NOT be worn on the backdrop
* Please use clean indoor shoes/socks only on the seamless paper
* Any tears, dents, or damage to the backdrop or equipment will result in loss of deposit (and additional charges if severe)

Smoking or vaping (including e-cigarettes)
Candles, incense, open flames, fireworks, or pyrotechnics
Illegal substances or drug use on the premises
Loud music or excessive noise (especially during quiet hours)
Unauthorised parties, events, or ticketed gatherings
Bringing extra guests beyond the booked
Using confetti, glitter, fake snow, powder, paint, or messy props without permission
Fog/haze machines without prior approval
Attaching anything to walls/ceilings (nails, screws, strong tape)
Pets/animals (unless pre-approved/service animals)
Filming/photographing in shared building areas (hallways, entrances)
Damaging or removing studio property; tampering with cameras/security devices
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
