The studio is a bright, rectangular room with a medium ceiling height and abundant natural daylight from high and side windows. The walls are painted white with a turquoise trim and one wall is fitted with full-height mirrors over a smooth, high-gloss floor.

Room features: On-site PA speakers and stage lighting allow taught classes and recorded sessions with amplified playback. Integrated video equipment and studio Wi‑Fi support basic capture and live monitoring.

Important Information for Hirers

Deposit
A £100 deposit must be made to secure any booking and must be paid before the booking can take place, this is fully refundable if you have adhered to our booking terms and conditions and there were no additional cleaning charges required, this will be returned within a week of your booking.

Set Up and Tidy Up Times
If you hire one of our facilities for an event, class, or workshop etc, you must factor in a set up time and tidy away time within your booking. If you arrive early, you may not be allowed into any of our facilities before your booking slot. Also, if your booking overruns you may be charged accordingly and could forfeit your deposit.

Car Parking
We have very limited car parking facilities. Please enquire about our car parking spaces prior to your booking, as these are different for each venue. Please make sure that your guests or clients are aware of this prior to your booking. We have fantastic public transport links to all our facilities.

Regular Bookings
If you wish to book any of our facilities on a regular basis, Castlehaven will look at a percentage off depending on the length of the booking and whether you are an individual, voluntary organisation/charity or corporate business.

Storage of Equipment for Regular Hirers
We have very limited storage space on offer for external groups/organisations. If you require storage of equipment for your regular facilities booking, please speak with a member of the team to see if we can help.
