Studio 3 is our black box theatre space equipped with semi-sprung flooring, black out blinds and curtains for versatility - perfect for your exclusive hire theatre rehearsal or screening event.

This space has the option of a private Stage Door entrance and includes an in-studio kitchenette and access to a separate toilet.

Clean Break is a dry building, please do not bring alcohol or alcohol containing products (e.g., hand sanitizer) to our property.

Outside catering is allowed, please speak to us beforehand for recommendation of local cafes and companies we recommend.

We are in a mixed-use area, with residential properties on two sides - please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise in the courtyard to a minimum and a respectful level when inside the building.

- friendly staff - floor was fine for dancing

- The studio looked very different from what it looks like in the pictures - it was cluttered with a microwave and lots of other random objects. We had to use curtains to cover it up, which reduced the size of the room further. - There was no AC as far as we could tell, so we developed a bit of a tropical microclimate in that room. At the end of a 3h dance rehearsal, we were all soaked, it was a bit gross.
