Equiano is also available to hire for half a day (4 hours, either 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm) at £285.00
EVENTS WITH CATERING
Events which involve catering will require a cash deposit of £50 to be paid on arrival of your event date. We’ll return this deposit to you when the space(s) used have been left in their original condition. Please ensure all cleaning and restoration of the areas is done within the duration of your booking.

Host rules
1. We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy at the centre, including in the garden.
2. If alcohol is going to be sold, or included in the price of tickets, it is the hirer's responsibility to apply for a Temporary Event Notice from Westminster Council.
3. Hirers must return the room to the condition in which they found it.
4. You must inform us before your event if you are planning on playing amplified music.
5. We do not allow bouncy castles or inflatables of any kind that require a motorised pump.
6. Setting up and packing away must take place within the booked hours.
7. All electrical equipment used at the centre must be PAT-tested.
8. No barbecues or open fires are permitted anywhere on the premises.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
