1. We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy at the centre, including in the garden.

2. If alcohol is going to be sold, or included in the price of tickets, it is the hirer's responsibility to apply for a Temporary Event Notice from Westminster Council.

3. Hirers must return the room to the condition in which they found it within the booked hours.

4. You must inform us before your event if you are planning on playing amplified music.

5. We do not allow bouncy castles or inflatables of any kind that require a motorised pump.

6. Setting up and packing away must take place within the booked hours.

7. All electrical equipment used at the centre must be PAT-tested.

8. No barbecues or open fires are permitted anywhere on the premises.

The room was on the ground floor, had enough chairs, two tables, water and glasses all beautifully set out as ordered. The staff a the Community Centre were helpful and professional. We had access to a kitchen next to the room where we could store our drinks. The location of the venue was super easy for people to get to. Overall, I'd love to book this space again and use it for future events or workshops. We also had some of our guests saying how convenient the space seemed and expressed interest in booking it themselves. It was also nice to think of the rental fee supporting a local community centre.
Many of the chairs had stains on them and I needed to get some cleaning spray from the kitchen to clean the tables before we set out our goods and refreshments. The bathroom - while nice and accessible and right opposite the room, which was great - was not clean.
