About this space
The Owen Room at the Fitzrovia Community Centre, located in the heart of Fitzrovia in Foley Street, is a contemporary, flexible space with direct access to our beautiful courtyard, 'secret' garden. The room is situated on the lower ground floor, and is accessible by lift or stairs.
This bright, airy room is suitable for a wide range of events including group classes, meetings, talks, workshops, business events, parties, training, rehearsals and exhibitions.
Adjoining secluded Secret Garden available as an optional add-on - recommended for parties and events.

If you wish to play amplified music during your event, this will need to be discussed with us beforehand.
Prices
Owen Room is also available to hire for half a day (4 hours, either 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm). Half day rate is £259.00
EVENTS WITH CATERING
Events which involve catering will require a cash deposit of £50 to be paid on arrival of your event date. We’ll return this deposit to you when the space(s) used have been left in their original condition. Please ensure all cleaning and restoration of the areas is done within the duration of your booking.

Host rules
1. We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy at the centre, including in the garden.
2. If alcohol is going to be sold, or included in the price of tickets, it is the hirer's responsibility to apply for a Temporary Event Notice from Westminster Council.
3. Hirers must return the room to the condition in which they found it.
4. You must inform us before your event if you are planning on playing amplified music.
5. We do not allow bouncy castles or inflatables of any kind that require a motorised pump.
6. Setting up and packing away must take place within the booked hours.
7. All electrical equipment used at the centre must be PAT-tested.
8. No barbecues or open fires are permitted anywhere on the premises.
