The Dylan Room at the Fitzrovia Community Centre is a small, bright room with glass walls boasting a view of our beautiful garden and the iconic BT Tower. The room is carpeted and situated at street-level for easy access.

Dylan Room is a great space for small meetings, interviews and group sessions, and works equally well if you are looking for a works or study space, and a breakout room for one of two larger spaces available to hire at the centre.

Host rules

1. We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy at the centre, including in the garden.

2. If alcohol is going to be sold, or included in the price of tickets, it is the hirer's responsibility to apply for a Temporary Event Notice from Westminster Council.

3. Hirers must return the room to the condition in which they found it within the booked hours.

4. You must inform us before your event if you are planning on playing amplified music.

5. We do not allow bouncy castles or inflatables of any kind that require a motorised pump.

6. Setting up and packing away must take place within the booked hours.

7. All electrical equipment used at the centre must be PAT-tested.

8. No barbecues or open fires are permitted anywhere on the premises.

Not one to use again - it's an inside glass box with no ventilation and temperatures really high! No tea, coffee or even water available (when asked I was told there are lots of coffee shops locally and a Tesco round the corner!).
