Open plan living / dining / kitchen area which can be used for multiple purposes, including filming, photo shoots, talks, work off-sites, meetings, co-working, and so on.
There is abundant natural light and the large window area can also be covered by the retractable lights if you wish to control the light.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, and has a breakfast bar with stools for seating. Amenities include: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, complementary coffee and tea, hob, oven, wine rack, drinks cabinet, Nutribullet blender, filtered drinking water tap, dishwasher, plate warming drawer, mugs, cutlery, plates and glassware.
The lounge area is comfortable with a modern L-shaped modular sofa which can be moved to suit your requirements, as well as a stylish low coffee table, bookcase, TV cabinet. Screen mirroring to laptops is available via ROKU. A bluetooth speaker is also available, as well as softbox lighting.
The dining table is extendable and comfortably seats 10-12, and is lit by a series of drop pendant lights.

About Bermondsey Studio
The space is a New York-style open-plan loft apartment with lots of natural light, one bedroom, and two bathrooms.
The apartment is a great space for filming/photo shoots with a very aspirational vibe. It would work well as a space for hosting interviews or for business meetings in a non-corporate space.
The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all open-plan. There is a separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and an additional guest bathroom.
The large dining table with drop pendant lights overhead can be extended and comfortably seats 10-12.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools for seating.
The kitchen is modern and well kitted-out, including the following features:
