About this space
The room is stylish yet modern and is Ideal for Lunchs, Dinners, Meetings, Training, Buffets and everything in between. The room is drenched in natural daylight with blinds.
The room comes equipped with essential amenities, including a projector, screen, and speakers for clear sound. You'll also find a whiteboard with pens for brainstorming sessions, and a camera (OWL) is available for Zoom meetings.
In case you require a laptop, we have one ready for your use. And of course, we provide water and glasses to keep everyone refreshed during your activities.

Outside caterers are permitted to provide vegetarian or fish (ex. shellfish) food only.
Self-service tea, coffee can be provided by pre-order at £2.00 per person per serving time.
The LJS is friendly venue with caretaker staff who will welcome your guests via reception. However, we are a Room Hire only venue and we do not provide event management, waiter, or waitress service.

We are proud to be an inclusive and liberal charity open to all.
Our building has over 100 years of history. Within we have 10 stylish yet modern spaces. Our rooms accommodate 5 - 500 people, most supplied with the latest audio and visual.
Whether you're looking to arrange a meeting, training, conference, lunch, wedding party, children's party, anniversary, Bar or Bat mitzvah, orchestral concert, or anything in between, the LJS is the perfect venue. These may be one-offs or ongoing lettings.

FAQ
Cancellations 90 days in advance from event start time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 90 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 25% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
At The LJS, the following catering options are available:
