The Whole Venue at St Cyprian's Clarence Gate
About this space
Clarence Hall at St Cyprian’s is tucked away on a quiet street between Baker Street and Regent’s Park, right in central London. When you step inside, the space opens up into a large church interior with high vaulted ceilings, carved stone arches, and plenty of natural light. It was designed by Victorian architect Ninian Comper, and it has a real sense of character that works well for events where the setting matters.
The main hall can host dinners for around 180 guests or concerts for up to 200. The acoustics are particularly good, which makes it a popular choice for performances and recordings as well as larger gatherings.
Downstairs, the Crypt works as a practical support space during events. It’s an open room that can be used for catering, rehearsals, or breakout sessions for groups of around 20–40 people. There’s also the Glentworth Room, a smaller private room often used as a green room, organiser’s office, or a quiet spot for small meetings during the day.
