About this space

Beautiful, comfortable, and covered outdoor space! Choose from Chesterfield sofa seating, or church pews... available to hire every day between 6 pm and 10 pm, plus Sunday afternoons from 3 pm.

Parties of up to 10 people are welcome to email to reserve an area... for groups of 10-30 people, we offer our VIP package - for just £150 a large undercover area in the garden will be reserved for you for a 4hr hire between 6 pm and 10 pm (plus a small area reserved in the pub room from 10 pm until close), your own personal bartender to provide table service, plus the opportunity to rename and personalise one of the Cocktails from our menu and receive a free jug of it!

The Cavendish Arms is the hidden gem of South West London, tucked away on a quiet residential street only five minutes walk from Stockwell and Nine Elms tube station.

We bring you the very best live entertainment London has to offer. We specialise in live music, comedy and cabaret and our intimate events rival any others in town!
