Our vintage speakeasy Venue Room is the perfect setting for intimate live events, parties, shindigs, filming and photoshoots.
Our weekly comedy nights run on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and are some of the most popular nights on the London circuit, constantly boasting packed out audiences.
We have a great Food Menu, and can provide buffet catering for you too, and there is options for you to pre-order drinks, bottles of wine and prosecco and cocktails.
Our venue has full backline, PA, Drum Kit, Stage Lights, karaoke and a friendly sound engineer, which are all available for hire!

Great helpful staff, Lovely venue. Excellent pizzas

Very special place. Atmospheric, quirky and surreal. I loved shooting here. Great comms with the owner and the technician was very helpful. I would definitely hire again.
Only a couple of minor things... 1. The stage lighting control was a bit limited. 2 some of the ceiling light fixtures were a little unsafe. My cameraman was surprised there weren't safety locks.
I was SO impressed at the standard of service at this venue. I threw my 30th birthday in the backroom and also produced a cabaret show for the guests. The team were so helpful and Friendly with the planning leading up to the event, and on the day the the tech run was so efficient and well organised, and my guests were looked after so well during the night. I have worked with many venues, this by far delivers the best. The pub itself is super unique with its decor, and the backroom has an amazing karaoke machine! The food was also brilliant, super tasty pizza from the pizza oven. We will certainly be back!!

I hosted a scratch night for around 50/60 people at the Cavendish Arms yesterday and it was such a fantastic venue. Booking it was so easy, with shriley answering all questions i had very quickly and with so much detail. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I came to the venue a few times before the evnt and staff were happy for me to look at the space. On the day of the event, the technican was fantastic and with literally no rehersal time made all the sound and lighting ques with so issue. Everyone said to me how amazing this space was and i couldmt agree more. The value for money is crazy good. I will be hosting again here in a heart beat!

We bring you the very best live entertainment London has to offer. We specialise in live music, comedy and cabaret and our intimate events rival any others in town!
Our venue and pub rooms are also available to hire and are frequently used for private parties, band rehearsals, photo shoots and video shoots.
