Very helpful staff helped me set up the AV equipment and sound desk. Nice space that encouraged a good atmosphere.
Bar is upstairs and it was difficult to keep track on spend by guests (to know whether you're meeting your min spend run rate), guest need to tell bar staff they're buying drinks for the basement. Only a minor issue but one to be mindful of.
