Design: The deck is a broad, flat platform surfaced in green artificial turf and arranged for flexible seating and standing layouts. The space is minimally structured, uses simple timber furniture and low-profile deck chairs, and receives abundant natural light.
Features: The venue provides a permanent PA system and speakers and permits own music and external DJs. The outdoor floor can be cleared for a dance area and is furnished with movable deck chairs and casual seating. The venue also includes Wi‑Fi and air conditioning available in covered areas.
Ideal for: Corporate groups seeking a relaxed, social standing reception or informal networking on an outdoor riverside deck.

Rules of the Space:
- Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on all indoor decks. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available on open-top viewing decks while underway.
- Pier Logistics & Boarding: Guests must arrive at the designated Central London pier 15 minutes prior to the scheduled embarkation time, unless further time has been booked prior to your event. Vessels operate on strict river slot times.
- Catering & Beverages: All catering, dining, and beverage packages are provided exclusively through our in-house catering team and accredited partners. External food and drinks are not permitted.
- Decor & Branding: Custom corporate decor, branding, and signage are permitted but must be pre-approved by your WEOTT assigned project management team and fixed using non-damaging materials.
- Entertainment & Sound: Live DJs, bands, and external entertainment are welcome, subject to vessel sound limiters and pre-approval by the WEOTT project manager.
- Guest Conduct: The safety of guests and crew is paramount. The Captain and crew reserve the right to refuse boarding or terminate a charter early in cases of unsafe behaviour or excessive intoxication.
- Age & ID Restrictions: All guests must carry valid photo ID if alcohol is being served (Challenge 25 policy applies).
