Pricing for the Main Tent is £3,500+VAT per event. INCLUDED IN HIRE FEE: Stretch Tent, including seating and décor. The stretch tent will provide shade and shelter to cover all eventualities of British Summer weather. It will be decorated with lights and bunting. Signage, alongside rope and posts, will be placed at the entrance to stretch tent so attendees are aware of designated area Designated event manager in lead up to event and on the night Designated security PA System and iPad with playlists available* *please note volume levels will be monitored by our team to ensure no interference with the event and adherence to Portman Square regulations). FOOD & DRINK PACKAGES Make your event seamless with our all inclusive catering packages, designed to keep your guests well fed and refreshed throughout the evening. Both packages include a main meal from our on site street food vendors, a selection of nibbles, and drinks served from your own private bar within the stretch tent. Each package also includes branded elements to personalise your event, including wristbands with your logo, food vouchers and signage at the entrance to your space.
