The location is ideal and the indoor decoration is nice.
I was very exciting to have my wedding reception at the Hydrant. The location was perfect and the venue was unique. My contact with the main manager was prompt and detailed, so I was under the impression that the details discussed would be accurately communicated to the Hydrant team that would be present on the day. However, on the day of the reception, there were important details that were missed. First, I had given the spending cap for drinks, but at the end of the reception, I was told the Hydrant team had not capped the spending and we had to pay the difference. Second, the food was served later than had been agreed on and when the staff was asked on the status of the food, they seemed unaware of the agreed upon timing. Lastly, the Hydrant team that was there seemed to have no idea about the plans and I had discussed with their management and were overall, underprepared for my wedding reception.
