About this space

The Hydrant is a contemporary pub defined by a bright, open-plan interior that balances a service bar and flexible seating.

Design: The interior pairs stripped wooden floors and painted brick with a tiled back bar and a chevron-front counter; mixed-height seating and warm downlights keep sightlines open.

Features: The venue has a long staffed bar with multiple taps and a kitchen serving a compact menu that includes seafood and vegan options. The venue provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, a PA system with speaker connections, permission for own music or an external DJ, outdoor seating, step‑free access and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Small social groups seeking relaxed, casual seated meals or standing drinks in an informal, split-level interior.

What sets it apart: A clear view of the Monument to the Fire of London is visible from the venue's windows.

What guests say: The venue has bright, spacious interiors, friendly and efficient service, and a compact menu that is well regarded, though some dishes may be unavailable at times.
