Host rules

1. SEATING: Due to the nature of our super eclectic house, you may be seated at low seating areas such as sofas, coffee tables, and stalls. Please let us know in advance if this is a big issue. However, we may not always be able to accommodate you for high dining.

2. We have gone CASHLESS, so bring any card you can make payment on (Oyster cards don't count).

3. We will hold tables for you up to 15 minutes after your allotted reservation time, after which sadly we’ll let others take up the space.

4. For dining groups of 10 or more, we require a pre-order of food.

5. To ensure the swiftest possible service, the Flatmates do request all tabs to be settled on one bill per table.

6. DRESS CODE: Wear what you want guys, but we don’t fancy any people in their sweaty sports gear or dirty trainers.

A few friends and I held a joint birthday party in the downstairs function room... And what a night we had! The venue was FANTASTIC!! Creatively designed and spacious, it was ideal for our event... With a few very quirky fun parts to it too! The staff were EXCELLENT... in today's era where it is becoming increasingly difficult to find friendly helpful staff, The Little Scarlet Door exceeded all expectations. I have spoken to many of our guests since the event and to a person, we were all in complete agreement on this. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Very poor communication
We were told that while the Soho venue wasn't available, the Fulham one was. Less than 24 hours later, I sent messages and called to say that we are flexible with the venue and we'd like to go ahead with the booking. Ellie said that she is just waiting for another person to complete their booking but that the one area should still be available to us and she would let me know the next day. I never got a callback and no one picked up when I tried calling. I tried the next day, and nothing still. I then ended up leaving another query through their website and was told that they are still waiting to hear back from a client and they will confirm availability asap. This was now four days ago, and I have had no communication. This venue has wasted so much of our time and has had no follow-up despite being told on the phone that they could definitely host us and they had space for us.
