A well-ventilated, furnished office space, with ample natural light. The room is furnished with two ergonomic office chairs, a desk, cabinet storage space and a handwash unit. The room is located on the ground floor adjacent to the reception area. Exclusive use leases are can be arranged.
By renting a space with us, you're supporting our work with more than 265 people to offer high-quality and affordable longer-term counselling, as well as financial and digital resilience courses, and residential and strength-based support for those with an offending history, or those who have experienced military service.

At Wincott St Community Hub we offer a range of furnished office and meeting room spaces for local residents, business start-ups, community organisations or anyone looking to work or meet in a friendly and welcoming space.
We currently have 3 spaces available on a regular basis - 2 private office spaces and one 14-room meeting space.
