The Boury Academy Studios offer bright, professional rehearsal spaces right in Zone 1 — ideal for dance, theatre, auditions, and creative projects of all kinds.

Each studio has a sprung dance floor, full-length mirrors, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. We offer flexible hire options whether you need a few hours or a longer block of rehearsal time.

Located in Vauxhall, we’re proud to be a trusted space for professional companies, independent artists, and community groups who want a high-quality, well-run rehearsal environment.

Mirrored studio with sprung dance floor

Size: 7.4m x 6.4m

Rates: £30 per hour | 4 hours = £105 | 8 hours = £190

Consecutive day hire (5+ days): £160 per day

Availability:

Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm

Saturdays available on request (subject to availability)

Speakers and fans are available to use on site.

All money raised from studio hire goes straight back into The Boury Academy, helping us to support diversity and inclusion within the arts.
