Bright, professional rehearsal spaces in Zone 1 are available at The Boury Academy Studios, ideal for dance, theatre, auditions, and creative projects.

Our studios feature sprung floors, full-length mirrors, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. You can book for just a few hours or block out a longer rehearsal session — whatever suits your needs.

Based in Vauxhall, our spaces are trusted by professional companies, individual artists, and community groups who need well-managed, high-quality rehearsal facilities.

Rates: £35 per hour | 4 hours = £105 | 8 hours = £220

Consecutive day hire (5+ days): £185 per day

Booking times:

Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm

Saturdays available on request

Speakers and fans are available on site for use.

All proceeds from studio hire go straight back into The Boury Academy, helping us support greater diversity and inclusion in the arts.
