The location was central and easy to find. The room was light without the need for lighting. Due to the heat, the fans and opened windows were welcome.

Access to the upper floors by stairs only as the lift was not working. The condition of the floor in the studio was a concern due to disrepair and/or damage; they urgently need replacing.

Perfect size, it seemed bigger than the picture. Lovely and bright for self tapes. Excellent value for money.

The fans provided didn’t seem to work correctly so got quite hot and finding it was a bit difficult but once I located the correct place it was fine. See attached photo for door. Previous people did leave some rubbish.
