The Boury Academy Studios offer bright, professional rehearsal spaces in Zone 1 — perfect for dance, theatre, auditions, and creative development.

Each studio comes with a sprung floor, full-length mirrors, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. We offer flexible hire options for short sessions or longer rehearsal blocks, depending on what you need.

Located in Vauxhall, we’re trusted by professional companies, individual creatives, and community groups who want reliable, well-managed rehearsal space in a great location.

Size: 7.6m x 5.8m

Rates: £30 per hour | 4 hours = £85 | 8 hours = £190

Consecutive day hire (5+ days): £160 per day

Availability:

Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm

Saturdays available on request (subject to availability)

Speakers and fans are available to use on site.

All money raised from studio hire goes directly back into The Boury Academy, supporting our work to increase diversity and inclusion within the arts.

Clean, bright, welcoming staff, great location. We were in Studio 3 - a perfect rehearsal space!
a little tricky to find, would be great if there were some additional pointers, maybe a map location, or additional instructions on how to find the venue.
