- Treat the space and fellow creatives with respect. We encourage a positive and collaborative environment.
- Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited within the building. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking.
- Keep noise levels at a reasonable level, especially during evening hours. Be mindful of neighbouring spaces and our community.
- While we love animals, pets are generally not allowed unless specified in advance. Please check with us for any exceptions.
- Ensure that doors are securely closed and locked when leaving the space. Report any security concerns promptly.
- Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. Please leave the space in the condition you found it. £60 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive mess.
-No nudity allowed in this space as windows look out on public area.
-A respectful noise protocol is required to maintain our peaceful locality.
-Under 18s must be accompanied by an over 18-year-old.
