About this space
fabric is a 25,000 sq. ft venue which has a unique location in the heart of Clerkenwell, London, making it easily accessible from both Farringdon and Barbican tube stations. With exclusive licensing hours running 24 hours a day, it can host events across the spectrum. The venue can be rented in part or as a whole and each of its three rooms has the versatility to accommodate a range of requests. Room One is the largest, most open space, and is perfectly suited to large-scale events, from film shoots to fashion shows and gala dinners. Room Two has a stage which makes it a fantastic setting for live bands, award ceremonies and product launches. Room 3’s more intimate feel makes it a natural choice for breakout spaces, surprise activity areas and smaller parties. All rooms and communal areas have a raw, industrial feel, with exposed brickwork and wooden finishes to complement the state-of-the-art lighting installations and sound systems.
fabric's in-house staff are also available should you need technical expertise to help tailor your event to your requirements. They will also walk you through the in-house systems, such as AV, sound, lighting, WiFi up to 1GB, Food and Beverage, Health and Safety including any COVID requirements.

Package per person
Hire fee starts from £5k+VAT and package pp from £35 dependant on hours required.
Prices
The hire fee can be offset against a minimum spend on a sliding scale which again is set at a level tailored to each particular event. Any catering is an additional cost but we can create a package deal with this included.

Opened in 1999, fabric is built on the site of the old Metropolitan Cold Stores which served as a meat cellar for neighbouring Smithfield Market. One of the most prominent music venues in central London, fabric features three distinct rooms that together have a total standing capacity of 1510 people.
Fabric has consistently been at the cutting-edge of the music scene, showcasing new talent alongside its ground-breaking sound systems. In 2007 and 2008, fabric was voted World Number 1 Club in DJ Magazine's "Top 100 Clubs Poll" and then also ranked World Number 2 in 2009, 2010 and 2017.
