A large-scale event space designed around dining, live performance and late-night entertainment, with the industrial character of Tobacco Dock forming the backdrop.

Design: Exposed timber beams, visible trussing and dark flooring give the room a distinctive warehouse feel. The festive setup adds atmospheric lighting, large screens and circus-inspired production elements, while the Big Top area brings stronger colour and theatrical detail.

Features: The space can include a live band, DJ, signature dance floor and roaming performers such as contortionists and stilt-walkers. Food stations, late-night breakfast and a full bar can also form part of the event setup.
