Room 3 is Fabric's smallest hire space, holding up to 150 guests. Connected to both Room One and Room Two, it works for smaller events, private parties, breakout sessions, games rooms, VIP lounges, content creation, or an additional dancefloor.
With flexible layouts, integrated production, its own DJ booth, and laser lighting, the space supports conferences, brand activations, awards nights, Christmas parties, filming, and photography shoots.
