I liked the size and layout of the room, it worked well for our event. I liked the quick response when we needed assistance. I loved the lunch which catered for gluten intolerance. I loved the location, easy to access underground, and really good to have local shops nearby such as M&S, Leon.
Disliked being in the basement which meant we could get as much natural light as I would have liked. Disliked the lack of gluten free breakfast options. Disliked the fact that at least twice we had another company walk into our room despite it being clearly signposted. Disliked the noise from the company and the fact that they had to pass our room to get to the nearest toilets. The lunch was rated low by our team on our feedback survey we polled for the event.
