Germaine was an excellent venue manager who was great to work with and communicate with. The venue was beautiful and a great space for our event - we had lots of excellent feedback from colleagues and attendees appreciating the space and the food, too!
Great venue for a meeting with a nice selection of bar snacks which I ordered after the meeting. Great attentive staff.
I loved the staff on site. I liked the space itself. It was bright and modern. We found being able to have lunch outside the room along with breaking out was very helpful and worked well for big meetings. The general facilities were great and the team was very flexible with our needs.
While the staff was great, I felt no one took ownership of looking after us, and at times the communication between day/night and day-by-day teams wasn't great. The IT/ wifi was very poor and really hindered us sometimes; I think you should invest in a hard internet point and a hard connection for the projector as the wifi isn't reliable. Even with the many positives the space offered, this would stop us from booking here again. Also, at points, the noise from the dining space was quite loud and interfered with the meeting.
