About this space
The charming Princes Gate is the largest in our suite of 6 Heritage Rooms is perfect for boardroom meetings for up to 24 people, as well as private dining up for to 40 people.
Each of the 6 rooms boasts high ceilings, original oak paneling and original floor detailing dating back to 1906. Floods of natural daylight fill each room through large windows overlooking the beautiful Euston Square Gardens.
The Heritage Rooms are exclusive situated on the first floor of 30 Euston Square and are perfect for private meetings and AGMs, as well as client entertaining. These spaces have a flexible AV arrangement which is bespoke to every booking.
Event offers and packages
Package per person
Room hire for main meeting room from 8am – 5pm
3 x organic tea, triple certified coffee, breakfast pastries on
arrival, fresh fruit mid morning and homemade biscuits mid afternoon
Sandwich and finger buffet lunch with crisps, fruit bowl, organic tea and triple certified coffee, 30 Euston Square filtered water throughout and stationery, Built-in AV/PA equipment (as standard), White board and conference phone, WiFi access for organisers and delegates
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a 75% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 60 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Guests may cancel their Booking between 60 days and 30 days before the event start time and receive a 25% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before the event start time are not refundable.
Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
