About this space

Our largest conference/meeting room, decorated in neutral tones, with natural light and air conditioning & free WiFi.

A larger room which works well for meetings of up to:
- 25 people horseshoe style
- 30 people boardroom style
- 35 people cabaret style
- 60 people theatre style

Room available with or without tables

Room Hire price also includes water, one flipchart, pens and pads for each delegate, if required.

The sound system is included in the room hire rate. The set-up allows for 2x Sennheiser Mics (one HH, one Lapel), Cloud Electronics amplifier and Soundweb Blu-50 audio mixer, as well as options for users to connect an audio feed to the mixer for laptop audio (3.5mm jack), as well as video directly to the projector (HDMI). Induction Loop sound is also available.

A ceiling mounted projector & OWL Meeting equipment are available at an extra hire charge.
