The venue is simply gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us on the day which I was very grateful for. I would definitely book this venue again.

There are only 2 guest toilets on the ground floor. So it gets crowded very fast, I think for the size of the restaurant and outdoor space they need more toilets.
The service was also quite slow, we ordered afternoon tea for 12 people and it took an hour from when we seated to get our order. The teas also arrived lukewarm but I think that may be because of the distance between the kitchen and garden.
However these 2 negatives do not outweigh the overall service we received on the day and the beautiful location
