Hosted my 30th Birthday Party here and from the start to finish the staff were all so friendly and there for whatever help was needed. Everything ran really smoothly and all my guests were so impressed by the venue! Had the best night celebrating my birthday.

The team at Cottons provided exceptional service, demonstrating a high level of helpfulness. The culinary offerings were delectable, and the customer service was truly outstanding. Alexander, the bartender, was particularly commendable for his engaging demeanor and attentive assistance, which significantly enhanced my family's comfort and satisfaction. My wife's positive experience was an added benefit. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment and anticipate a return visit.

Mark was incredibly helpful and kind when organising my party. He knew the answer to every question I had and replied so fast. I loved the venue and so did everyone attending! My 25th birthday was very special

Delicious food and a lovely, accommodating and friendly host Shakira was lovely. The venue is cool, chic, and perfect for a party, spacious, stylish, and private. The only note I’d add is that for a standing event, it felt like the space could comfortably hold more than the listed capacity of 50, so it might be worth allowing a slightly higher guest count.

The space is fantastic for a party we had a brilliant time. Communication Was excellent from start to finish. Mark is a pleasure to deal with. The staff on the night were great and the food is amazing! This place won’t disappoint.

I couldn’t recommend this venue more for private events. The space inside is really nice and the owner, Harry, is a great bloke. Super nice and very accommodating. I hired the venue out for my birthday and everyone had a great time. Ringside are partnered with another company for catering and the food was also delicious. If anyone is looking for a nice bar for their event, this is the place!

Mark and his team were absolutely fabulous to work with throughout the entire process of planning my birthday at Louie's, from start to finish. He was always available to answer questions and concerns, and his team were incredibly helpful on the day. Cannot reccomend Mark and this venue enough for a great event!

I loved the customer service from the team inside of the venue, the manager, the waitress and the hostess were all very friendly and nice. We had the best time inside of the discotheque, female toilets are just by the side of the hired space which was so easy for us. And they were very accommodating with us bringing tables to put the cake in.
