Mark was great to deal with, open, honest, helpful and responsive communication. Which ensured we had a great party. We were very well looked after by the team on the night, especially by Esther. The venue is amazing, in terms of space, lights, sound system and doesn’t come with a ridiculous cost like a lot of other venues. Highly recommended.
The toilets for the restaurant are in the downstairs venue, which meant there were people coming into the private party area when they were using the toilet. But we roped off part of the entrance to make it harder for people to stray in - so that worked well, so was less of an issue.

Mark and his team were absolutely fabulous to work with throughout the entire process of planning my birthday at Louie's, from start to finish. He was always available to answer questions and concerns, and his team were incredibly helpful on the day. Cannot reccomend Mark and this venue enough for a great event!
