Our event space:
•All three front units combined - opened up to maximise floor and wall space, while at the same time, keeping the multiple sections that create a walking flow for visiting guests. Features full glass walls on either end. ~810 square foot floor area, plus 100 square foot of mezzanine storage.

Cancellation fee payable to the venue depending on the notice period:
- 30+ days prior to the event No fee, guest receives full refund
- 7 - 29 days prior to the event Fee payable is 50% of total hire cost
- Less than 7 days prior to the event Fee payable is 100% of total hire cost
Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.

Rules of the space
No loud music, as this is inside a residential block
No selling alcohol, or bar setup. BYO, complimentary wine etc is ok
Event is to be kept only within the defined boundaries inside the venue as a whole
