About this space

With an open plan set up, exposed brickwork, rough sawn timber enclosed beams and a rustic bar, our lounge is the perfect setting for your celebration! Featuring comfy Chesterfield sofas, banquette benches as well as space set aside for live music or DJ led performances.

On site catering available from our kitchen partner @foodieandgrubbies, serving up delicious Caribbean inspired streetfood for all tastes.

For events in excess of 55 persons, we suggest full private hire!

I recently held my 50th Birthday Party at Copper Cats, (approx 70 guests) and I couldn't have been happier with the venue and staff! They were super helpful from first contact, through to final arrangements and on the night. The venue is quirky and fun, and flexible so we could move tables for the dance floor and it has a great vibe! It also has a great private terrace out the back and aircon, which as there was a heatwave on the day of the party was invaluable! We brought mixers for the DJ system and there were no issues setting this up. We also came in early to decorate, which again the team were very helpful with. Everyone had a great time and loved the venue and location. Would highly recommend booking Copper Cats as a venue! Also good value for money, with low hire cost (compared to other much less fun venues we looked at) and totally reasonable minimum spend. Thanks again Serak, Dave and all the Team! xxx

I had my 30th birthday party upstairs at Copper Cats and it was great - all the staff were so friendly and the venue itself is lovely too. There was a slight miscommunication about food but this was resolved really quickly, which I was very grateful for! Would definitely recommend as a venue.
